I chose Atlantic Solar after a thorough review of local solar energy companies. Suban their sales person was excellent and extremely knowledgeable, taking time to answer all my questions.  Once you decide to go with Atlantic Solar they will take care of all the permits, inspections and paperwork. The install went very smoothly, the installation team were very professional and took care of everything in a couple of days. We’re really happy with our experience with Atlantic Solar. They were patient, informative, and offered the best price out of all the companies we met with. From the very beginning, Suban was incredibly patient and answered every question we had (and we had a lot!). The whole team was thorough, professional, and got the design exactly how we wanted. They were also very accommodating. We chose to switch from shingles to metal before installing solar so we’d never have to remove the panels down the road, and they kindly held our spot until we were ready. They handled all the inspections, came to measure in advance, and the installation went perfectly. Neil and the crew were awesome to work with during the install. The sleek black panels look great, and we love that we’re now making our own power! It’s been about two months since the system was installed (August 2025), and thanks to NSP’s net metering, we’ve already been breaking even on our energy production. 6 months since install. I began shopping for quotes and was very unhappy with the predatory solar market. I felt like I was being lied to as companies were handing me conflicting info regarding equipment and long term failure rates. After a few meetings with Atlantic Solar and a ton of research I felt that Atlantic Solar were the ones who were being the most honest and transparent about the best equipment to use for my home. After moving forward with their proposal they helped facilitate the Greener Homes Loan application process start to finish. The techs who did the installation did a great job and explained everything I needed to know including how to use the applications that display the solar production data. The journey from start to finish was smooth and I felt confident the whole time in the Atlantic Solar team.
